  10. FileComment allows the user to set a file's comment. The difference between
  11. this program and similar ones is this: You can pipe standard input into the
  12. program which will become the comment.

  14. I orginally hacked this together so that I could have a DOpus button to
  15. automagically put a file's version string into the file's comment. The
  16. CShell script I use for this is included in the archive.
